What's actually included in the monthly fee?
SSL, regular backups, security monitoring, 99.9% uptime, and our UK/EU hosting. For Custom Software it also includes basic monitoring and SLA-backed support. No nasty surprises.
Can I switch between plans later?
Yep. Upgrade whenever. Downgrades land at the end of your billing period — we'll help you migrate cleanly so nothing breaks.
What if I need to cancel?
Rolling plans cancel before the next renewal. Annual contracts have a reasonable early-exit policy. 30 days notice either way, and we'll export your data for you.
Do you handle domains and email?
We do. Domain registration £45 one-off, professional email hosting from £5/mo per mailbox, plus Gmail send-as if you'd rather stay in Google's world.
How fast are content updates?
48 hours on Static & Service Sites and Storefronts, 24 hours on Custom Software. Priority support gets same-day.
What about e-commerce transaction fees?
We charge zero. Stripe/PayPal have their own — typically 1.4% + 20p. We'll pick the best processor for your margin.
Can you migrate me from Wix / Squarespace / elsewhere?
Yes — our Gentle Giant Migration handles simple transfers through to complex data moves. From £150, zero downtime.
Do I actually own the work?
Always. Code, content, design files — it's yours. If you ever leave, we hand it all over without drama.
